Both the Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge are striking examples of pioneering industrial design. Find out more about the celebrated bridges and their eminent engineers by visiting the exhibition at the Thomas Telford Centre on Anglesey. Discover more about Thomas Telford and Robert Stephenson, the men who designed them, as well as the host of craftsmen who made their plans a reality. The exhibition features pieces of the original bridges, drawings and interactive activities alongside local history, wildlife and stories of shipping in the Strait.
